It doesn’t surprise me that an editorial I have come to like so much was inspired by the grunge fashion of the 90s. I am such a sucker for distressed denim, leather jackets, and oversized sweaters. Also, what I love is for their “Made In the U.S.A.” issue they dress Lana del Rey, a modern-day singer known to give have a nostalgic mood behind her songs, in such an iconic style that was anchored by 90s grunge alternative music. Kudos, NYLON. Kudos.
